Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners and can take longer - occasionally up to 3-4 weeks during peak periods or on newly launched products. Your tracking link shows current status at any time.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on most orders over $50. For smaller orders, your exact rate is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order.

Delays

Carriers occasionally run behind for reasons outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at hello@shopresetritual.com and we will track it down or make it right.
